Rachel Brown

I am saddened to inform you all of the passing of Rachel Brown.

Rachel was part of the Senior Women's squad for a number of years and represented the Club in many Head races and Regattas. She died as a result of a road traffic accident earlier this week while cycling to work. I have written to her family to express all our condolences and pass on the best wishes from all at Staines Boat Club at this time. I would ask you to respect the privacy of her family. Rachel's passing will be properly recognised when the Club has been reopened.
